Quebec City hosted the Junior Short Track Speed Skating World Cup, where Great Britain's skaters Willem Murray, Freddie Polak, Joseph Armstrong, Elliot Baker, and Albie Barlow brought their A-game. Their incredible resilience and sportsmanship were on full display, making for a great competition.

Willem was one of the standout performers for Great Britain, competing in the 1500m and 1000m events. In the 1500m(2) A final, Willem secured an impressive 6th place, demonstrating his endurance and strategic racing skills. He also participated in the 1000m B final, finishing 2nd, 7th overall.

Freddie showcased his speed and agility in both the 1000m and 500m events. He secured 16th place in the 1000m and finished 28th in the 500m event. Joseph took on both 1500m(1) and 1500m(2) events. He finished 18th in the 1500m(1) and 23rd in the 1500m(2), showcasing his persistence and stamina. Joseph's performances were a clear indication of his potential. Elliot also competed in both 1500m(1) and 1500m(2) events, finishing 30th and 24th. Albie participated in the 1000m and 500m events, finishing 29th in the 1000m and 36th in the 500m. His commitment to giving his all in every race was evident, and he proved to be a valuable member of the team.
The relay team, consisting of Willem, Joseph, Freddie, and Albie, put on a commendable performance, finishing 6th in their event. Their teamwork and coordination were a testament to their hard work and dedication.
