Speed Skating World Cup Series heads to Norway

Cornelius Kersten and Ellia Smeding are set to race at the second ISU World Cup in Stavanger, Norway.

Kersten will step up into the A-Division in the 1000m after a brilliant medal-winning performance at World Cup 1.

He was second in the B-Division 1000m, also finishing 7th in the 1500m. Smeding put in two good performances finishing the 1000m in 1:19.765 and 500m in 40.379. She will be in action first as the Women's 1000m B-Division opens the three days of racing at 10:30.

The coffee brewing duo will be wearing brand new racing suits for the competition.
